Griffin Street Park renewal works

Griffin Street Park in West Mackay has had a makeover!

We have:

• replaced the old play equipment with new play equipment
• installed new concrete footpaths that connect to Griffin and Grant streets and the facilities in the park
• upgraded the bollards along Griffin and Grant streets
• replaced the old furniture with new aluminium seating
• improved the drainage
• replaced two trees in poor health.

This project was funded by the Australian Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program.
