Works will take place on Stayts Rd, Marian to provide more parking and improve safety in the area around Marian State School.

Works will include an extension to existing parking, alongside installation of new pathway and suitable drainage.

Construction is expected to commence early November and take approximately four weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, and weekends when required.

Throughout the works, the existing parking in the works area will be unavailable for periods of time.

Traffic control will be in place during the works and we ask that you follow all signage in the area.

Please note, there will be some minor noise and dust disturbances associated with these works, however appropriate controls will be put in place to minimise these disturbances.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates your patience during these works.
