What is the Connecting Mackay Panel?

The Connecting Mackay Panel is a voluntary group of Mackay region residents, ratepayers and business owners who commit to participating in regular surveys throughout the year that can help shape our region. The panel has been created to provide regular, convenient online opportunities for interested community members to provide feedback on local projects and initiatives.

We are looking for people of various ages over the age of 18 with different backgrounds and interests to take part in this new initiative!

A separate Connecting Mackay Youth Panel is available for those aged 12-25. If you would like to join the Youth Panel click here.

What's involved in being a panellist?

You can register for the panel by completing the registration form below. Once we have 150 people on board, the panel will be officially launched and we will begin to send you approximately three surveys a year as projects happen. Panellists must be registered users of the Connecting Mackay website.

Panellists will receive updates on the surveys via a six-monthly enewsletter.

What do I have to do to become a panellist?

1. Register to the Connecting Mackay site.
