Project Update #1: Wednesday, March 4, 2020
Work set to start Monday, March 9
We are pleased to announce that on Monday, March 9, council will begin work to renew play equipment at Northview Park, weather permitting.
The exciting new equipment will be a further attraction to the ideal surroundings that Northview Park offers.
The successful tenderers are Woollam Construction for the civil and demolition works and Big Splash Enterprise for the play equipment supply and installation.
We would like to remind the community while the equipment is being renewed that the playground is expected to be closed until the end of April. During construction the public toilets and picnic facilities will remain operational.
The following new items will replace existing equipment:

• Small combination play unit
• Carousel with rails
• Two single-seat spring rockers.
• Roofed shade structure
The following existing items will be remain:
• Digger
• Swing set
• Play equipment beneath roofed shade structure
