Update #4 - September 19, 2023

Works to commence on stage two!

Contractor Woollam Constructions will commence work on stage two of the Caneland Station Bus Interchange project on Mangrove Road from Monday, September 25.

The works will include:

• A 60 metre long, double sided bus station shelter providing cover to the passenger platform and rear shared path,
• A shared pedestrian/cycle path at the rear of the passenger platform,
• A three bay bus layover between Caneland Central access and Matsurra Drive roundabout,
• Landscaping works,
• Road furniture and signage.

As a result of the works there will be 40 kilometre per hour speed limits near the construction area and pedestrian detours in place. Please adhere to all signage and instructions.

The works are expected to be completed before Christmas, weather permitting.
